Refund policy

1. B2B Sales Only

Our webshop is intended exclusively for business customers (entrepreneurs within the meaning of §14 BGB). Consumer rights, including statutory withdrawal rights for consumers, do not apply.

2. Inspection Obligation

Customers must inspect goods immediately upon receipt and notify us of any defects, shortages, or incorrect deliveries in writing without undue delay (usually within 5 business days).

3. Returns Authorization Required

Returns require prior written approval (RMA). Unauthorized returns may be refused.

4. Defective or Incorrect Goods

If goods are defective or incorrectly delivered, we will — at our discretion — provide replacement, repair, or refund in accordance with statutory commercial warranty rules.

5. Non-Defective Returns

Returns of non-defective goods are generally excluded unless explicitly agreed in writing. If accepted, restocking fees and return shipping costs may apply.

6. Condition of Returned Goods

Returned items must be unused, in resaleable condition, and in original packaging unless the defect prevents this.

7. Refund Processing

Approved refunds are processed using the original payment method within a reasonable commercial timeframe after inspection of the returned goods.

8. EU Cross-Border Deliveries

This policy applies to all EU deliveries. Any additional local legal requirements remain unaffected where mandatorily applicable.
