This webshop is directed exclusively at entrepreneurs within the meaning of §14 German Civil Code (BGB). Orders from consumers are excluded. A valid VAT ID is required for ordering and may be verified.

3. Conclusion of Contract

Product listings in the webshop do not constitute binding offers. A contract is concluded only upon our order confirmation or dispatch of the goods. We reserve the right to refuse orders in individual cases.

4. Prices and Payment

All prices are net prices excluding statutory VAT unless stated otherwise. Payment is made in advance via credit card or SEPA bank transfer. Shipment occurs after payment receipt unless otherwise agreed.

5. Delivery

Delivery is made within the European Union. Shipping conditions, costs, and delivery times are displayed during the ordering process.

6. Retention of Title

Goods remain our property until full payment has been received.

7. Warranty

Statutory commercial warranty rights apply. Customers must inspect goods promptly upon receipt and notify defects without undue delay.

8. Liability

We are liable without limitation for intent, gross negligence, and injury to life, body, or health. For slight negligence, liability is limited to foreseeable damages typical for the contract. Further liability is excluded to the extent permitted by law.

9. Shopify Platform

Orders are processed via the Shopify e-commerce platform. Technical availability of the webshop may vary. We are not liable for temporary technical interruptions outside our control.

10. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

German law applies excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG). Place of jurisdiction is Bremen, Germany, where legally permissible.
